This document is a description of the privacy policy of Eura-Tech Sp. z o. o. and defines the rules, method of processing and using data and information from customers and users of the website. Please read this policy carefully. By accessing this page or by using it and sending us any personal data, you accept the terms of this privacy policy.

The privacy of people visiting our website is a priority for us, which is why we take special care to ensure that all collected personal data are processed in a manner consistent with the requirements of the law, in particular in accordance with the Act of 29 August 1997 on the protection of personal data (Journal U. No. 133, item 883, as amended), Regulation of the European Parliament and of the Council of the European Union of April 27, 2016. on the protection of personal data, the Act of 18 July 2002 on the provision of electronic services (Journal of Laws No. 144, item 1204) and the Telecommunications Law Act (Journal of Laws of 2004 No. 171, item 1800), including in accordance with the scope of the consent granted by the client.

We use aggregate statistics on visits and other information related to the website, which do not allow for unambiguous identification of Users, only to improve the quality and optimize the operation of our services. All content on the site is publicly available. This means no need to register and provide your personal data.

In special cases (service request, product or cooperation inquiries, competitions), the User may need to provide some personal data, such as: name and surname, address of residence/business/correspondence, e-mail address, telephone number. Providing personal data by the User is voluntary, however, in the above-mentioned cases it is necessary, e.g. to contact or accept a service request.

The user has the right to lodge a complaint with the supervisory authority.

The data will be stored by the Administrator no longer than necessary.

Personal data of our clients/users may be made available only to entities authorized to obtain personal data on the basis of legal provisions or cooperating entities, e.g. in the scope of the complaint process or shipment of goods.

Personal data of our customers/users may be transferred to third countries in connection with:

activities undertaken on social networking sites and the use of plug-ins and other tools from these sites (e.g. Facebook, Twitter, Google+);
using analytical tools and tools for anonymous tracking of user behavior, in particular such as Google Analytics.

„Cookies” policy

A register of information on traffic data is kept, which is automatically recorded by our server, such as the user’s IP address, URL visited before visiting our website, URL visited after visiting our website and pages visited. Statistics on the number of visits to the website and page views are also collected. Eura-Tech Sp. z o. o. is unable to directly determine the user’s identity based on traffic data and website usage statistics.

name and value assigned to it,
domain and access path that are related to the transferred cookie,
expiry time of a given cookie (after its expiry, the browser will delete them).

Only the name of the cookie is required to save it. If no domain is provided, only the server from which the save request was sent will have access to the values stored in the cookie. Failure to specify the expiry date will delete cookies after closing the browser. „Cookies” that expire after the end of the session are called „session cookies”. They have a fixed validity period, which is enforced by the server mechanism (usually you cannot rely on the correct setting of the clock on the computer with the browser).

The operation of the „cookies” mechanism on the user’s side depends on the configuration of his browser. Some of them allow you to refuse subscription, others allow you to set an expiration date other than the one declared in the HTTP header.

Functional – related to increasing the functionality of the online store (e.g. remembering user preferences or personalizing the content presented).
Business – related to improving the quality, efficiency and improvement of our online store (e.g. creating anonymous, aggregated statistics or anonymous analysis of users’ movements while using it).
Third parties – related to Google Analytics. We use the analytical system provided by Google Inc. to evaluate the use of our website and compile website activity statistics for us.
