TT Lock

The TTLock application allows you to remotely grant access rights, and possibly completely resign from traditional keys.

Communication with guests is carried out using e.g. codes generated from the TTLock application and sent via SMS.

Facility management

There is no limit of the devices that can be operated with the software. After adding many intelligent handles or locks, you can create groups that can correspond to the managed floors or entire facilities.

The devices allow you to set the mode of passage at set times, so there is no need to enter codes or apply a card to rooms accessible to everyone.

Device configuration

The application enables simple configuration of electronic door handles and code panels. After turning on Bluetooth on your smartphone, just follow a few simple steps to get the device ready for action.

Booking management

The apps enable generation of a code or a residence card for a guest with a precise definition of access to specific rooms and their expiry date.

Room status management

After installing the desktop software, the TTHotel application allows viewing the list of occupied and free rooms and managing their status, thanks to which you can mark the occupancy or mark the room as requiring cleaning. This allows full control over check-ins and check-outs in the controlled facility.

Personnel Management

Specific personnel can be assigned to individual devices or groups of devices, and thus their authorizations and access levels.

Event log

It is possible to view the event log of each device in the system, thanks to which you can easily control both the presence of staff and the activity of guests.

Event log for business, work time registration

The TTLock app enables the simplified version of working time registration. Through the „Attendance” option, it is possible to view every employees’ entries/exits on a daily, weekly or monthly basis. This solution allows you to eliminate paper attendance lists and increase work efficiency in any organization.

Access Control

Digital access keys are intended for other users of the application, most often they are used by facility staff. The keys are available from the application and allow you to open the lock that is within the range of the Bluetooth transmitter.

Access codes are intended for guests – generated in the mobile application can be sent forx example via SMS. The message with the code can be freely edited, supplementing it with important information, e.g. WiFi network password. Depending on the needs, it is possible to generate various types of codes, e.g. permanent, temporary or one-off.

Proximity keys (keyfobs and cards) – work in the Mifare 13.56 MHz standard, after applying them to the device, the bolt is released.

Biometric reader – allows you to define authorizations for the user who will use the fingerprint as a form of unlocking the access panels and electronic door handles.
