Description
Electronic handle with access controller Eura „ELH-01H4” is designed for use in hotels and guest houses. The firmware of the device simultaneously supports two service systems – TTLock and TTHotel.
Thanks to the mobile application that allows remote granting of access rights, it is possible to completely resign from traditional keys. Communication with guests is carried out using codes generated from applications that can be sent, among others, to phones.
The handle with access control does not require an Internet connection to work properly. However, the use of a WiFi gateway in the system significantly extends its functionality.
The access controller is designed for external and internal mounting, both in the door that opens to the left and to the right, and the universal mounting screw spacing of 38~40.5 mm in most cases allows the use of a lock already installed in the door.
How does it work?
Touch keypad with built-in proximity key reader (cards, keyfobs) and a Bluetooth module is located at the front part of smart handle. After approaching the proximity key to the reader or entering the code into the keypad, an impulse is sent from the access control module, after which the servomotor unlocks the mechanical gear, thus enabling the door to be opened by pressing the handle. The waiting period for pressing the handle is default set to approx. 5 seconds, after this time the gear is locked again and the lock goes into the state of waiting for the next impulse.
From the inside of the premises, it is always possible to open the door by simply pressing the handle. After closing the open door, the latch mechanism is activated immediately, making it impossible to open the door from the outside without presenting the card or entering the code. In the event of a battery discharge or failure, it is possible to open the lock using an ordinary mechanical key, 2 pieces of which are included in each set.
The electromechanical handle is powered by 4 alkaline 1.5 V AA batteries and can operate for about 1 year on one set of batteries. Insight into the battery charge status is available in the application after synchronization with the handle periodically (via Bluetooth) or in real time (after using WiFi gates in the system).
